如果你在找兰萨罗特岛（Lanzarote）一日游和旅行社的评价，就从这一页开始。这里汇总了我们所有的评测：可以预订的平台、出售门票的官方景点、实际执行活动的公司，以及各家船公司。

我们如何评价一家公司或平台

我们的1到5分并不是客户评价的平均分，而是基于可核实事实的编辑评分：

  • 身份：公司是否公布了名称、地址和法律信息，还是一个身份不明的网站。
  • 与直订相比的价格：与实际执行活动的公司收费相同、更高还是更低。
  • 取消：能否免费取消、截止到何时、手续费多少。
  • 评价：是否只有预订过的客户才能评价，评价数量多少、时间多新。
  • 安全与质量：车辆和船只的状况、保险、遵守哪些规定。
  • 客服：如何投诉，出问题时怎么处理。

平台评测

GetYourGuide 和 Civitatis 几乎适用于所有项目：前者胜在产品数量和经过验证的评价，后者适合想要西班牙语导游的人。Tiqets 适合买乐园门票。Viator 在价格上有竞争力，但评分混入了未经预订验证的 Tripadvisor 评价。Headout、TravelON 和 LanzaroteON 与其他平台相比优势不大。

官方景点、博物馆和乐园

在岛议会旅游中心（CACT），原则是在官方网店购票，因为蒂曼法亚国家公园（Timanfaya）和绿洞（Cueva de los Verdes）只能按时段网购。塞萨尔·曼里克基金会和 LagOmar 是私营的，不属于 CACT。大西洋博物馆（Museo Atlántico）自2020年起已不再作为有人管理的博物馆运营。Aqualava 和 Rancho Texas 的现场价与各大平台相同；特吉塞海岸 Aquapark 在官网购票可享92折。

活动公司：越野车、潜水艇、水上摩托、冲浪和滑翔伞

这里的评分更多取决于车辆状况和导游，而不是价格。Buggies Lanzarote 自2015年起在 Puerto Calero 经营，在官网预订便宜10欧元。"Lanzarote Buggy Tours"不是越野车公司，而是代理商；Can-Am 则是车辆品牌（见每辆越野车由谁运营）。Puerto Calero 的潜水艇属于 Submarine Safaris。Paracraft 经营水上摩托和拖曳伞，不做滑翔伞：滑翔伞请找其他学校。

轮渡和定期航线

去格拉西奥萨岛（La Graciosa）有两家船公司，Líneas Romero 和 Biosfera Express，价格相同。去富埃特文图拉岛（Fuerteventura）的有 Fred. Olsen 和 Baleària Canarias（原 Naviera Armas）以及 Líneas Romero。关于 Armas 的旧评价发生在换东家之前：不要和 Baleària 的评价混为一谈。

如何看 Tripadvisor、谷歌和各平台的评价

  • 谁可以评价？ 在 GetYourGuide 上只有预订过的客户才能评价。Viator 的评分混合了 Viator 和 Tripadvisor 的评价，而 Tripadvisor 的评价不要求预订。
  • 评分制不同。 Civitatis 用10分制，其他平台用5分制。Civitatis 的8.4分不等于4.2分。
  • 看日期。 一些关于越野车保养差的旧投诉，说的是公司已不再提供的手动挡车辆。对 Naviera Armas 的批评都发生在 Baleària 接手之前。
  • 数量与分数。 卡门港（Puerto del Carmen）最畅销的海豚快艇有2,300多条评价，评分3.8。只有一两条评价的5.0分说明不了什么。
  • 列表排序。 GetYourGuide 和 Viator 都声明收入会影响默认排序。请按评分或评价数量排序。

出了问题怎么办：取消与投诉

单独购买的一日游不属于套餐旅游，没有14天无理由退订权：以卖家的取消政策为准。如果定期轮渡被取消，欧盟法规让你可以选择免费改乘其他船班，或在7天内获得全额退款，但因恶劣天气取消时没有额外赔偿。游览船（双体船、海豚、潜水艇）不适用该法规，退款取决于平台或公司。

在加那利群岛如何投诉

  1. 请公司以书面形式（电子邮件或 WhatsApp）确认取消或问题。
  2. 先向公司客服投诉：他们必须给你一个参考编号，并在15个工作日内答复。
  3. 如果没有答复或答复不满意，填写投诉单（hoja de reclamaciones，纸质或扫码），提交给所在市镇的消费者信息办公室（OMIC）或加那利群岛政府消费部门。
  4. 附上预订记录和公司的答复：没有事先投诉的证明，可能不予受理。

在 GetYourGuide 订兰萨罗特岛一日游可靠吗？

可靠。它是岛上活动最多的平台（约330项），只发布预订客户的评价，几乎所有一日游都能在24小时前免费取消。价格与执行活动的公司相同。

在兰萨罗特岛，Civitatis 和 GetYourGuide 哪个更便宜？

几乎总是一样：两家的蒂曼法亚半日游都是59欧元，格拉西奥萨岛轮渡都是29欧元。想要西班牙语导游或阿雷西费、特吉塞的免费导览就选 Civitatis；想要更多产品、以及 Aqualava 等门票的免费取消就选 GetYourGuide。

在哪里能看到兰萨罗特岛一日游的西班牙语评价？

Civitatis 上有超过15,000条关于兰萨罗特岛的西班牙语评价。Tripadvisor 上也很多，但不要求经过验证的预订。

LanzaroteON 和 TravelON 是同一家公司吗？

是的。两个网站属于同一家直布罗陀公司，LanzaroteON 会把预订转到 TravelON 的另一个网站 excursionslanzarote.com。在它们之间比价没有意义。

游船因天气取消，能退款吗？

如果是公司取消，各大平台都会退款。乘坐定期轮渡时，你有权改乘其他船班，或在7天内获得全额退款。务必让对方书面确认取消。
