It charges the same as the park, lets you cancel almost up to the last day and is the only big channel that sells Rancho Texas. For volcano excursions, boats or buggies it has a very small catalogue with hardly any reviews.

Who is behind Tiqets
Tiqets International BV is a Dutch company based in Amsterdam, founded in 2014 and specialising in tickets to museums and attractions. It is now part of Expedia Group: Tiqets itself announced the acquisition, and the trade press later reported that the deal had closed.
Like GetYourGuide, Tiqets does not run the parks: it sells you the provider's ticket. At Rancho Texas, the listed provider is the same company that operates the park.

What it does not have: tickets to the Cabildo's Centros Turísticos (Timanfaya, Jameos, Cueva de los Verdes, Mirador del Río, Jardín de Cactus), which are sold in the CACT shop, nor coach tours, buggies or the submarine.

Prices: Tiqets versus the ticket office and GetYourGuide
At the parks there is no price difference from the ticket office or from GetYourGuide. What changes is the small print:
- Rancho Texas: €45 on Tiqets and at the park. On Tiqets you can cancel until 23:59 the day before; the conditions on the official website vary depending on which page you read.
- Aqualava: €30 on Tiqets, GetYourGuide and Civitatis, but Civitatis has no free cancellation. On Tiqets, up to 24 hours before.
- Aquarium: €16, the same as on its website. For two adults and two children, the €50 family ticket on the aquarium's website is cheaper than four single tickets.
- Ferry to La Graciosa: €29 everywhere. On Tiqets it has 7 reviews; on GetYourGuide, more than 1,100. Same ticket.

The combos that do save money
Tiqets sells discounted pairs of tickets. The only one that saves a noticeable amount is Aquarium + Aquapark at 10% off: €39.60 instead of €44, and both are in Costa Teguise. The other combinations carry 5% off: Aqualava + Rancho Texas for €71.25 (instead of €75) or Aquarium + Rancho Texas for €57.95 (instead of €61). Not much, but free money if you were going to both.

On Trustpilot, Tiqets had 4.3 out of 5 from more than 61,000 reviews, a high score for a platform of this size.
In Lanzarote the picture depends on the park. Rancho Texas has 4.7 from about 350 reviews; the two water parks sit at 3.9 and 4.0. Those ratings say more about the park than about Tiqets: Aquapark Costa Teguise reviews on Tripadvisor repeatedly complain about cold water and worn slides, and it is an unheated, seasonal park. If you are going outside summer, Aqualava is heated and open all year.

- Open the park's listing and set the currency to euros.
- Choose the date and ticket type (adult, child, combo).
- Read the cancellation line: "until 23:59 the day before" or "up to 24 hours before".
- Check the total on the last step before paying.
- Show the ticket on your phone at the park entrance.
Cancellation depends on the ticket. At Rancho Texas, Aquapark and Aquarium you can cancel until 23:59 the day before; at Aqualava and on the evening boat trip, free up to 24 hours before.
To make a complaint, write to Tiqets customer service first and keep the reply. It is a company based in the European Union (the Netherlands).
